Refund Policy

In short: if you are not happy with a mock test bundle (PMP Mock Tests 1–5, PMI-ACP Mock Tests 1–5, PMI-RMP Mock Tests 1–5, Scrum Master Mock Tests 1–5, CAPM Mock Tests 1–5, or PMI-PBA Mock Tests 1–5), ask for a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase.

1. Mock Test bundles (PMP, PMI-ACP and PMI-RMP US$50 each; Scrum Master US$40; CAPM and PMI-PBA US$20 each)

You can request a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of the time of purchase, for any reason. After 2 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or the product did not work and we could not fix it.

When a refund is issued, access to the paid tests is removed.

2. How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, do either of the following:

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net.
Email us at support@adnankhalidprep.site with the email you paid with. We will arrange the refund through Paddle.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. 1:1 coaching sessions

Coaching sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session. Sessions that have already taken place are not refundable.

4. Free content

Free chapters, slides, practice questions and free mock exams cost nothing, so no refund applies.
