This policy explains what personal data Adnan Khalid Prep ("we", "us") collects on adnankhalidprep.site, why, and what your rights are.
1. What we collect
- Account details: email address, full name and phone number (with country code).
- Optional profile details: profile picture, preferred name, company, job title, industry, LinkedIn URL, a short bio, target exam, exam date, years of experience, weekly study hours, and strengths and weak areas.
- Study data: your test attempts, answers, scores, dates and times, and saved progress on unfinished tests.
- Purchase data: the email used to buy and the transaction ID. Card and payment details are handled by Paddle and never reach us.
- Technical data: IP address (used to limit login-code requests) and basic request logs from our hosting provider.
2. How we use it
- To sign you in, save your test history and progress, and show your profile and study roadmap.
- To send your login codes by email.
- To send you one welcome message on WhatsApp when you join.
- To unlock paid tests you have bought.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Services that process data for us
- Vercel: website hosting, and Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits (which page, the referring site, country, and device type) without cookies and without identifying you.
- Redis database: stores accounts, profiles and test history.
- Resend: sends login-code emails.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business): sends the welcome message.
- Paddle: payments, as Merchant of Record. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- OpenAI: questions you type into the study assistant chat are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer.
4. Your browser
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, and keep a copy of test progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics are anonymous and cookie-free.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and study history while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@adnankhalidprep.site from the email address on your account and we will reply within 30 days. Many profile details can also be edited directly on your profile page.
7. Children
The Site is meant for adults preparing for professional exams and is not directed at children under 16.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
